Women (ALL Women including those who identify as a Woman) experience disconnection after trauma becoming detached from their sacred self, their heart and therefore disconnection from their personal power. There are many experiences that can cause deep wounding and misalignment of the soul with the feminine centre (the Womb) so much so that it impacts our connection to love, conceiving children and manifesting abundance. Every Woman has experienced trauma in some way that has been pushed down, not spoken about and is manifesting barriers in life, these experiences are not limited to: • Abortion • Miscarriage • Sexual Abuse & Assault • Disconnection from their Bleed • Birth Trauma both your own birth or the birth of a child • Angel Babies or Still Births • Womb Dysfunction (PCOS, Endo, Fibroids, Cysts, Polyps) • Disconnection from Sexuality • Under/Over active libido • Painful or Disrupted Bleeds • Menopause • Hysterectomy • Sex Worker • Mastectomy Womb Trauma Massage (WTM) is a nourishing blend of modalities: deep bodywork, hara diagnoses, pulsing, toning, acupressure, rebozo, energy work, visualisation & abdominal-sacral massage. When combined, they work together, creating a treatment that encourages you to reconnect with your body, womb & your heart; releasing grief, pain and anger, opening up a portal of healing. WTM is an abdo-sacrum massage covering the landscape of the diaphragm to the pubic bone, glutes and sacrum/coccyx which activate the Motherline for clearing ancestral energies, the lower chakras to bring you into your power and activate your pelvic bowl. This work is open to ALL women from those who have had their first bleed, identify as a woman, menopausal and even those who no longer have a physical womb. Additional Extra (by request only) - Breast and chest massage Zora will honour you for the Goddess you are without judgement sinking deeply into respect & holding space. As you shift into vulnerability allowing the trauma pain to surface and be realised through tears, she will nurture your body and welcome your soul home. Contraindications: IUD, major surgery, pregnancy, STDs.
